Sonja has worked in the Fraser Coast Community, Education and Disability industry for the past 25 years both in the Community and Government sector. Sonja brings a wealth of knowledge and contacts to her role as your Support Coordinator.
Qualifications
Sonja has completed her Diploma in Community Services (Case Management), Diploma in Management, Diploma in Business Administration and has completed her first year of her Social Work Degree.
NDIS Planning
Managing your NDIS Plan can be challenging; Sonja is here to lighten the load. She will work along side you to assist you to understand your NDIS plan, meet your goals, link you to supports and assist you to implement them.

Sonja knows what exceptional customer services means, and will go the extra mile to make sure participants reach their full potential. For many years she has worked with clients to access suitable supports to meet their goals. Experienced in NDIS negotiations and processes, sourcing reports, referrals, SIL/SDA funding, funding for Assistive Technology and Home Modifications, Sonja can help you get the most from your funding.
